A practical monthly maintenance schedule
A support plan starts with an inventory of the devices, users, locations and applications covered. We record existing faults and agree a baseline so that long-standing problems do not disappear into a new contract. The schedule can include computer health checks, storage reviews, software updates, antivirus status checks, backup checks and a review of recurring user issues.
Each visit should leave a useful record: work completed, unresolved issues, equipment needing attention and decisions required from management. Maintenance is scheduled around your operations. Schools may need work outside lessons; offices may prefer quieter periods. Tasks, frequency and remote support arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.
Annual contracts with clear service boundaries
A one-year IT support agreement can give your organisation continuity and a predictable framework for routine care. Before signing, we define covered equipment, service locations, support hours, reporting, escalation contacts and the difference between a response target and a resolution target. Critical faults and ordinary requests need different handling.
Replacement hardware, third-party subscriptions, major projects and work outside agreed hours should be identified explicitly. A contract is easier to manage when everyone knows which items are included and which require approval. We can connect the agreement with managed network support, business email administration and website care where those services are needed.
Use maintenance records to plan better purchases
Repeated failures often reveal a wider issue: ageing machines, insufficient storage, unsupported software or inconsistent device setup. Asset records help management decide whether to repair, upgrade or replace equipment instead of paying repeatedly for temporary fixes. Licence records also help the team track renewals and avoid losing access to essential applications.
For a useful quotation, share your approximate computer count, number of users, office locations, main software and the problems that interrupt work most often. We can then separate immediate stabilisation from the monthly service and longer-term improvements. You retain business ownership of your accounts and equipment.
