Start with the problem visitors are experiencing
A dated appearance can be part of the problem, but the review should go further. We examine how the homepage introduces the company, whether service pages answer buying questions and whether the contact route is clear. We also consider content readability, image quality, layout consistency and the experience on smaller screens.
If analytics are available, they can help identify frequently visited pages and points worth investigating. Traffic alone does not explain whether an enquiry is useful to your business, so staff feedback matters too. Questions from customers often reveal information the website has not made clear, such as service scope, location, process or what happens after an enquiry.
Preserve useful content and protect existing journeys
A redesign should begin with a page inventory. Some pages may already attract relevant visitors or support important customer tasks. We assess which URLs, content and functions should stay, which need improvement and which can be consolidated. Where addresses change, redirect planning helps visitors reach the appropriate replacement page.
The implementation can include a revised page structure, refreshed WordPress or Elementor layouts, stronger service copy, clearer calls to action and fixes to enquiry forms. Integrations and specialist functions need separate attention. A visual refresh should not quietly remove a booking journey, useful download or operational feature that customers depend on.
Agree the sprint scope and launch checks
A focused makeover works best with a defined set of priority pages and an agreed list of changes. The brief should identify who supplies revised content, how feedback will be collected and what counts as approval. Additional pages, new systems and substantial copy production can then be priced openly rather than absorbed into an unclear scope.
Before launch, the review should cover links, forms, key mobile layouts, page titles and any planned redirects. After launch, enquiries and feedback provide a basis for the next round of improvements. Send your website address and the three problems you most want solved so we can recommend an appropriate starting point.
